Improper breathing can cause fatigue. Try breathing properly by breathing in deep through your nose and exhaling long through your mouth. Shallow and short breaths can reduce the amount of oxygen absorbed by the cells in your body, which commonly causes fatigue.

Even if you are suffering from multiple sclerosis, you should never neglect to exercise. Exercising regularly can cause you to feel tired but if you do it frequently, exercising can eventually make you feel more energized. It basically increases your energy level and you should try exercising no matter what level your multiple sclerosis is.

Having multiple sclerosis can cause you to become depressed. Besides, the mere fact of knowing that you have this disease can really be depressing. And, you may want to remember that depression can cause you to feel fatigue. The only way for you to avoid this situation is by avoiding being depressed. This basically means that you have to try and accept the fact that you are suffering from this disease, which will eventually prevent you from becoming depressed.

Heat also increases fatigue. Avoid staying out in the heat or you can try using a cooling vest. You can also try activities that keep your body cool, such as swimming.

You should also avoid simple carbohydrates as these types of food can cause you to slow down and eventually make you feel fatigued.

Living a very routine lifestyle can also cause you to feel fatigue. Try to do a little variation in your daily activities and you will be able to keep looking forward to what the future has in store for you. This will also help in avoiding boredom, which can cause the feeling of fatigue.

So, if you are suffering from multiple sclerosis, keep in mind that you have to try and combat fatigue related to this disease. By doing so, you will be able to live a more normal life and still be able to function well in society.
