Living a very routine lifestyle can also cause you to feel fatigue. Try to do a little variation in your daily activities and you will be able to keep looking forward to what the future has in store for you. This will also help in avoiding boredom, which can cause the feeling of fatigue.

So, if you are suffering from multiple sclerosis, keep in mind that you have to try and combat fatigue related to this disease. By doing so, you will be able to live a more normal life and still be able to function well in society.
